The dashboard is experiencing frequent 429 errors. API calls are not affected, but the dashboard and top-up functions may be impacted (for manual top-up, [contact us on Enterprise WeChat](https://work.weixin.qq.com/kfid/kfc9adfd5810ece25ec)). We are working on a fix — try switching IP addresses as a temporary workaround.
