# Incident postmortem: SSL cert expiry on traffic distribution node (14:50–15:15)

> From 14:50–15:15 (UTC+8) today, an SSL certificate expired on a traffic distribution node and caused ~20 minutes of partial outage. Service has been fully restored. Apologies to affected users — we'll be tightening certificate-expiry monitoring and ops procedures going forward.
