# VEO 3.1 Status Update · Reverse Channel Still Down · Official-Relay Coming

> VEO 3.1 Google upstream 500 Internal error remains unresolved; reverse channel stays paused. We are rushing to bring the VEO 3.1 official-relay channel online (direct to Google's official API). Progress will be posted as it lands.

⚠️ **VEO 3.1 status update: reverse channel still down, official-relay being rushed online** — Heads-up: the VEO 3.1 video-generation **Google upstream 500 Internal error** that started last night has **not yet recovered** as of 5/13 10:00 (UTC+8). The reverse API continues to return the same error:

🛠️ **What we're doing**: The reverse channel stays paused while we continue to monitor Google's upstream recovery. In parallel, we're **rushing the VEO 3.1 official-relay channel online** (direct to Google's official API). We'll post a Live update with call configuration the moment the official-relay is ready.
