✅ **VEO 3.1 'heavy load' error resolved** — The `We're under heavy load, please try again later.` error on the VEO 3.1 video-generation endpoint has been resolved. Service was restored at 2026-05-06 11:30 (UTC+8). Just retry any video-generation jobs that previously failed.
