# April logs to be cleared on June 18 · top-up records kept permanently

> Customers report slow log loading; clearing expired logs is just one optimization, and the issue is still being worked on. This round clears only April usage logs — all data from May 1 onward is kept, and every historical top-up record is preserved. If you need it for reconciliation, export your April logs before June 18.

This round clears only April usage logs — **all data from May 1 onward is kept, and every historical top-up record is preserved**. If you need it for reconciliation, please export your April logs yourself before **June 18 (UTC+8)**: Logs - filter April - async export to download the data.
