The root cause was last week's ChatGPT website compute issues, which intermittently slowed the reverse-engineered `gpt-image-2-all`. We exported 14,500 billed image logs from last week that exceeded 300 seconds, covering 540 affected users; amounts under \$1 were rounded up to \$1, for a total of \$850 in reissued credits. Head to the top-nav "Recharge" page to see the record (type: "Admin") — enjoy.
