# All May Logs Will Be Cleared on 5 August — Export First if You Need Them

> Logs are cleared by calendar month: on the 5th of each month, whole months older than two months back are deleted, leaving the current month plus the two preceding ones. All of May will be cleared on 5 August — export via the Logs section beforehand if you need records for reconciliation, expense claims, or audits.

🗂️ **All May logs will be cleared on 5 August — export beforehand if you need them**

Logs are cleared by **calendar month**: on the 5th of each month, whole months older than two months back are deleted, so what is queryable at any moment is the **current month plus the two preceding calendar months**. After this cleanup, June, July and August remain.

If you need the records, go to the **Logs** section, filter by time range, and use **async export**. The job runs in the background; download the file when it finishes and archive it for reconciliation, expense claims, or audits. **Cleanup is a physical delete and cannot be undone**, so please finish before 5 August.

A note on what logs contain: only the fields billing requires (time, model, token counts, amount, status) — **your inputs and outputs are never stored**. OSS links for async task artifacts such as videos last about one day, so transfer results to your own storage as soon as you receive them.
