# Seedance 2.0 asset library included free — no annual fee

> The private asset library behind character-consistent video (virtual-avatar ingest + real-person verification) is free with the Seedance 2.0 API on APIYI — no annual fee. Officially it is a separately purchased add-on: a six-figure CNY annual contract for customers without a framework agreement.

🎁 **The Seedance 2.0 asset library is free on APIYI — no annual fee**

Character-consistent video on Seedance 2.0 always goes through the private asset library: reference images containing photorealistic faces cannot be passed directly, so the image must be ingested into an `asset://` ID first and referenced from there. Officially, this capability is **charged separately for customers without a framework agreement** — a six-figure CNY annual purchase (Volcengine also sells it directly), usually with enterprise qualification and procurement steps attached.

On APIYI the asset library is **free with the Seedance 2.0 API**: a single token with the `SeeDance2` group selected is all you need. Virtual-avatar ingest, real-person verification (live face check by the subject), and real-person asset upload are all included, with the zero-code web UI and the REST API sharing the same data.

We value long-term users, so this cost is already included in our API price. For customers making normal use of the SD2 API, there is no extra charge at normal business volumes.
