# gpt-image-2.5 Series Status: Official Normal, -all Normal, -vip Degraded by 429s

> Status of the three gpt-image-2.5 routes on 10 September: the official gpt-image-2.5-flare / sunburst are mostly normal with occasional 429s that clear on retry; the ChatGPT web reverse gpt-image-2.5-all is normal; the Adobe Firefly reverse gpt-image-2.5-vip series is currently returning sustained 429s while capacity is being replenished, and is not usable for now. We will post again once it recovers.

⚠️ **`gpt-image-2.5` series status across three routes: official and `-all` normal, the `-vip` series currently degraded by 429s**

The `-vip` series (`gpt-image-2.5-vip` / `gpt-image-2.5-flare-vip` / `gpt-image-2.5-sunburst-vip`) runs on the Adobe Firefly reverse route, where the provider side is currently returning sustained 429s. Capacity is being replenished and we will update here once it recovers. The official route and the ChatGPT web reverse route are unaffected.

Current status by route (choose as needed):

* Official `gpt-image-2.5-flare` / `gpt-image-2.5-sunburst`: mostly normal, occasional 429s that clear on retry
* Reverse `gpt-image-2.5-all` (ChatGPT web conversational image generation): normal
* Reverse `gpt-image-2.5-vip` series (Adobe Firefly): returning 429s, capacity being replenished, not usable for now
