# Mid-Autumn and National Day Holiday: Service Stays Up, Top Up in Advance

> APIYI runs normally through the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, with engineering and ops on duty and no API downtime. Top up your balance in advance based on recent usage, and use the Balance Query API to monitor production workloads and alert below a threshold.

🌕 **APIYI runs normally through the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, with no API downtime**

Our engineering and operations teams stay on duty throughout the holiday, monitoring the platform and every model route. The API is a continuous service and keeps running as usual.

To keep your business running smoothly over the break, we recommend two things:

* **Top up in advance**: add balance based on your recent usage so calls are not interrupted by an empty balance during the holiday. The [tiered top-up bonus](/en/faq/recharge-promotions) is still available, and balance never expires
* **Monitor your balance**: for production workloads, use the [Balance Query API](/en/api-capabilities/balance-query) to check automatically, for example every 5 minutes, and alert or top up when it drops below your threshold; other alert options are in [How to set up balance alerts](/en/faq/balance-alerts)
