# October 28 All-Day 10％ Usage Discount Is Now Active

> Following yesterday's outage compensation notice, Default and SVIP usage automatically receives a 10% discount throughout October 28, 2026 (UTC+8). The 0.9 group multiplier is active, no configuration changes are required, and the discount appears in log billing details.

💸 **The automatic 10% discount on `Default` and `SVIP` usage is now active for all of October 28.**

As announced in [yesterday's compensation notice](https://docs.apiyi.com/en/live/2026-10/outage-review-1026), the discount applies throughout October 28, 2026 (Beijing time, UTC+8). The multiplier for both groups is already set to `0.9`. No application or configuration changes are required.

In the console's **Logs** section, billing details show a group multiplier of `0.9` and an additional `× 0.9` in the calculation, as illustrated below.
