# Community Node Update: Luck Nano Banana Pro ComfyUI Node Now Supports Nano Banana 2.1

> luckdvr's community plugin Comfyui-LuckNanoBananaPro was updated on 2026-10-23: gemini-nano-banana-2.1 is added to the model dropdown and is the default for new nodes, with NB2 / Pro / 2.5 kept. NB2.1 supports 1K/2K/4K only, waits at least 360 seconds, and stops auto-resending after a read timeout to avoid duplicate charges. Existing workflows do not switch models automatically.

🚀 **The community ComfyUI node `Comfyui-LuckNanoBananaPro` now supports Nano Banana 2.1**

The author luckdvr updated the plugin on 2026-10-23: `gemini-nano-banana-2.1` is added to the model dropdown and is the default for newly created nodes, while `gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview`, `gemini-3-pro-image-preview` and `gemini-2.5-flash-image` remain available. **Existing workflows do not switch automatically** — to use NB2.1, just pick it in the model dropdown of your existing node.

How the node behaves with NB2.1:

* Resolutions 1K / 2K / 4K are supported; 512 is not
* It waits at least 360 seconds; for 4K or multi-image editing, set the timeout to 600 seconds
* 429 / 503 / connection-setup timeouts are retried with backoff; after a read timeout or disconnect it stops auto-resending — the server may still be generating and billing, so check your call logs before re-running
