# Service Outage: Apology and Recovery Update

> An unexpected server provider failure caused a major service outage on October 26, 09:48–11:10 (UTC+8). We take responsibility and apologize. Most model availability has been restored; contact our staff for remaining issues. A full incident review and compensation policy will follow once all issues are resolved.

On October 26, from 09:48 to 11:10 (UTC+8), an unexpected failure at our server provider caused a major outage affecting our services. We take responsibility for this failure to maintain reliable service and sincerely apologize to all affected customers.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our staff. We will help resolve each issue individually.

Once all issues are fully resolved, we will share a full incident review and compensation policy.
