# OpenAI legacy models retired: migrate promptly

This completes the retirement announced on April 22. It covers specified snapshots and aliases across GPT-3.5, GPT-4 / Turbo, GPT-4.1 Nano, `gpt-4o-2024-05-13`, o1 / Pro, o3-mini, o4-mini, and `gpt-image-1`.

If you still use affected models, check applications, workflows, and fine-tuned model references, update `model`, and validate parameters, tool calls, and output quality. See the official notice for the full shutdown list and replacement models.
