# Site and API restored after Alibaba Cloud RDS network fault

> A network fault between our servers and Alibaba Cloud RDS affected the website and API from 15:38 to 16:18 (UTC+8). Service is back to normal and you can retry now; some browsers may still cache the failed page, so refresh once.

**2026/11/6 18:02 (UTC+8)** · Service Notice

✅ **Website and API service restored — incident window 15:38-16:18 (UTC+8)**

Starting at 15:38 (UTC+8), a network fault on the link between our servers and Alibaba Cloud RDS caused failed requests on the website and on `api.apiyi.com/v1`. The line recovered at 16:18 (UTC+8), and service returned to normal.

You can retry now:

* Website: `https://api.apiyi.com/account/profile` — some browsers may still hold the page cached during the incident, so refresh once
* API: `https://api.apiyi.com/v1` — all related API domains are serving normally

This was an incident on our side, and we apologize to affected customers. Our disaster-recovery and risk-control target is to contain the impact of any major incident to the 5-minute level.
