# 新增 FAQ：平台不提供 Files API

> 新增 FAQ 说明 API易 不提供 Files API，以及依赖它的 Batch、Assistants 等接口；调 /v1/files 报「no available channels for model」就是这个原因。图片、PDF 请用 base64 或 URL 直接放进请求。

📖 **新增 FAQ：API易 不提供 Files API，文件请内联传入**

调 `/v1/files` 会报 `Current group … has no available channels for model`，意思是平台不提供这个接口，与分组、余额无关。依赖文件上传的 Assistants、Batch（OpenAI 与 Claude）、Vector Stores 同样不提供。

图片、PDF 请用 base64 或 URL 直接放进对话请求，OpenAI、Claude、Gemini 三种格式的写法均已实测可用。
