代码映射
js/api.js 中 gpt-image-2-vip 模型的 resolutionMap[ratio][resolution] 与上表一一对应。
请求体直接用该值，把 × 替换为半角 x、去空格，作为 OpenAI Images API 的 size 字段。
UI 渲染遵循”比例下拉 + 分辨率下拉 + 最终分辨率说明栏”三段式，与 gpt-image-2 模型同构，由 js/app.js 的 renderRatioOptions / renderResolutionOptions 与 js/modules/generate-page.js 的 updateFinalResolutionDisplay 数据驱动渲染，无需新写 UI 代码。
