AlibabaCloud / ChinaOpenSource / ClaudeCode groups: default discount moves to 0.95x from May 1

Driven by global platform capacity tightening (Aliyun and Claude official relays both raised prices recently), APIYI’s AlibabaCloud, ChinaOpenSource, and ClaudeCode groups will move from the current 0.88x default discount to 0.95x starting May 1, 2026 (UTC+8). Other groups remain unchanged.
