2026/11/6 18:02 (UTC+8) · Service Notice ✅ Website and API service restored — incident window 15:38-16:18 (UTC+8) Starting at 15:38 (UTC+8), a network fault on the link between our servers and Alibaba Cloud RDS caused failed requests on the website and on api.apiyi.com/v1. The line recovered at 16:18 (UTC+8), and service returned to normal. You can retry now:
  • Website: https://api.apiyi.com/account/profile — some browsers may still hold the page cached during the incident, so refresh once
  • API: https://api.apiyi.com/v1 — all related API domains are serving normally
This was an incident on our side, and we apologize to affected customers. Our disaster-recovery and risk-control target is to contain the impact of any major incident to the 5-minute level.
