gpt-image-2 on the default group is still 429-throttled (concurrency tight); only the image2Enterprise (1.2x) group is running stably. On the reverse side, both gpt-image-2-all and the size-capable gpt-image-2-vip are currently running steady. The -vip model docs have been updated.
