claude-fable-5 Frequent 503s · Availability Still Weak
The errors originate upstream from AWS Bedrock: InvokeModelWithResponseStream triggers ServiceUnavailableException (503) and fails after 3 consecutive retries. This is upstream Bedrock capacity strain, not an APIYI account-pool or quota issue. Although supply was restored on 7/1, claude-fable-5 availability is still fairly poor with fluctuating stability.
