gpt-image-2-all speed is back to normal, and the timeout credit reissue is complete: $850 total to 540 users
The root cause was last week’s ChatGPT website compute issues, which intermittently slowed the reverse-engineered gpt-image-2-all. We exported 14,500 billed image logs from last week that exceeded 300 seconds, covering 540 affected users; amounts under $1 were rounded up to $1, for a total of $850 in reissued credits. Head to the top-nav “Recharge” page to see the record (type: “Admin”) — enjoy.
The reissue isn’t the goal — stability is. gpt-image-2-all has recovered and its current speed is normal, and we’ll keep working on operations and supply. See the earlier announcement: gpt-image-2-all credit reissue notice.
