2026/8/2 14:06 (UTC+8) · Service Notice 🗂️ Account balances now carry a 365-day validity period, effective 2 August 2026 The Terms of Service previously said nothing about balance validity, so this is a newly added clause: topped-up credit is valid for 365 days from the date of payment; any new top-up resets the validity of your entire available balance back to a full year; expired balances lapse automatically, with no refund, restoration, or conversion. A few points that tend to come up:
  • Existing balances: counted as 365 days from the effective date (2026-08-02), not backdated to historical top-up dates
  • Bonus / promotional credit: same rule as topped-up credit — 365 days, and likewise reset by a new top-up
  • Expiry date: you can check the expiry date of your current balance in the console
  • Refunds: the 30-day no-questions-asked refund window after a top-up is unchanged — see the refund policy
The authoritative wording is in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy, both already updated. Users who top up and spend on a regular cadence will not be affected in practice.
