Refund Calculation

Refund amount = Top-up amount - Used amount - Bonus credits - Processing fee (if applicable) Example: Say you topped up $100, received a $10 promotional bonus, and used $30:
  • Top-up amount: $100
  • Bonus credits (deducted): $10
  • Used amount: $30
  • Refundable amount: $100 - $30 - $10 = $60
  • If paid via WeChat/Alipay: actual refund $60 (no fee)
  • If paid via PayPal: actual refund $60 - $60 × 1% = $59.40

Our team will verify your account balance, top-up history, bonus credits, and invoice status, then calculate and confirm the refundable amount with you.

Once confirmed, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing time varies:
  • WeChat/Alipay: Usually 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfer/other methods: Usually 3-7 business days
