Quick Answer

API易 supports major international email providers and university email addresses for sign-up. QQ, 126, and 163 mailboxes are not supported. If you only have one of the unsupported providers, please switch to one of the recommended ones below to complete registration.

  • Outlook (@outlook.com)
  • Hotmail (@hotmail.com)
  • Foxmail (@foxmail.com)

  • Overseas: @xxx.edu, @xxx.ac.uk, etc.
  • Faculty and students can register with their official university address

@126.comNetEase 126 Mail❌ Not supported
@163.comNetEase 163 Mail❌ Not supported
Reason (thanks for your understanding): These providers have a relatively high rate of delivery issues for messages from international sender domains, which affects the delivery of verification codes and account notifications. To ensure a reliable experience for all users, these suffixes are temporarily not accepted.

Recommendation

  • If you don’t have an accepted email address, we recommend creating a free Gmail or Outlook account — both are free and available globally.
  • If you’re a student or faculty member, registering with your official university email (.edu / .edu.cn) works fine and may also qualify you for education-user benefits.

FAQ

These providers apply fairly strict filtering for international sender domains. As a result, the delivery rate of verification codes, account notifications, and billing emails is low, which leads users to think the system is broken. To protect everyone’s experience, these suffixes are temporarily not accepted.
Existing accounts are unaffected and can continue to be used normally. If you need to change the bound email or stop receiving system emails, please contact us via the customer-service WeChat for assistance.
By default, most corporate custom-domain mailboxes are not enabled for registration. If you’d like to register with a corporate email, please contact us via the customer-service WeChat with your specific suffix — once it’s been reviewed and added to the whitelist, registration will work normally.
Yes — registering with a .edu / .edu.cn email may qualify you for education-user recharge bonuses. See Recharge Promotions for details.
  1. Check your Spam and Promotions folders
  2. Confirm your email suffix is in the supported list above
  3. If still not received, click Resend on the registration page, or try another supported mailbox
