Quick Answer

If you registered with an email, you can reset your password on the login page. If you didn’t bind an email, contact support with your username, payment records, or API Key to recover your account.

Option 1: Reset via Email

If you registered with an email address, you can reset your password yourself:

Open the Login Page

Go to the API Yi login page and enter your email address.

Trigger the Reset Link

Enter your email and type any password, then click login. After the login fails, a red “Reset Password” link will appear on the page.

Click Reset Password

Click the red “Reset Password” text. The system will redirect you to the password recovery page and send a reset link to your registered email.

Complete the Reset

Check your email inbox for the reset email, click the link, and set a new password.
If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam folder or wait a few minutes and try again.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you haven’t bound an email or forgot your registered email, contact support for help. Please provide any one of the following for identity verification:

Username

Provide your API Yi username if you remember it

Payment Records

Provide Alipay or WeChat payment receipt screenshots

API Key

Provide an API Key you have used
Please provide at least one of the above. Support will verify your identity and help recover your account.

Option 3: Bind Email After Recovery

After successfully logging in, we strongly recommend binding an email in your account settings:

Go to Account Settings

After logging in, navigate to the “Account Center” page.

Bind Your Email

Find the email binding option, enter your email address, and complete the verification.

Set a Password

After binding your email, set a secure password. You can then log in with your email and password going forward.
Once your email is bound, you can reset or change your password anytime via email without contacting support.
