The incident had lasted about 3 hours at the time of this post; DeepSeek says the cause has been identified and a fix is being implemented. From APIYI’s production monitoring, deepseek-v4-pro is hit hardest, with most requests timing out, while the Flash series such as deepseek-v4.1-flash / deepseek-v4-flash is less affected. Mitigation: APIYI has urgently enabled a Volcengine full-size (full-parameter) DeepSeek route to serve requests. Model names and calling conventions are unchanged, and response times look normal in production. If you still see timeouts or errors, please report them promptly via a support ticket or WeCom customer service and we will follow up right away. We will post an update once the provider recovers.
