/v1/files returns Current group … has no available channels for model, which means the platform does not provide this API; it is unrelated to your group or balance. Assistants, Batch (OpenAI and Claude), and Vector Stores, which depend on file uploads, are not provided either.
Put images and PDFs directly into the chat request as base64 or a URL. The inline styles for the OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini formats have all been tested and work.
