The first Gemini 4 flagship, announced by Google on 9/30 and opened to the API on 10/13. APIYI has it from day one on both the Gemini native and OpenAI-compatible endpoints. Priced at the limited-time promotional rate of $2 input / $10 output per million tokens, moving to $4 / $20 with Google on December 1.
Pre-launch tests: 36/36 correct, same as 3.1 Pro, with about 1/12 of the thinking tokens; 1M context works. When migrating, note that Argon does not support thinkingBudget and it may return a 400; use thinkingLevel instead.
