После отправки необходимо опрашивать
GET /v1/tasks/{task_id}, пока status: "completed", затем скачайте mp4 из result_url в ответе. При загрузке не включайте заголовок Authorization (это подписанная прямая ссылка OSS), и result_url по умолчанию истекает через 24 часа.
